Teaching “Simile” for EFL Learners Based on the Method of Text-based Language Teaching

The method of Text-based Language Teaching centers on texts, which can present diverse forms and highlight authentic so it is frequently used as the guidance for language teaching EFL learners. However, many teachers fail to effectively employ this in practical classroom. Hence, paper aims explore how implement effective “Simile” a lesson one specific group learners classroom based Teaching. Apart from features two written appropriateness interestingness both texts will be mainly investigated. It concluded that chosen possess theoretical rationale value learners, thus realizing research purpose large extent. Although seems traditional, should select some proper interesting apply them into productive innovative way. More importantly, combined with other useful methods work more effectively.
